Hey guys, Last year I was playing strong safety for my high school, now the coach says I would make a bigger impact if i moved to outside linebcaker due to the extra muscle i gained in the off season. Im looking to see what I can do increrase my strength as well as all around agility to play such a physical possition. Any information will help me out, I started working on my upper body (shoulders, traps , and neck area) to help pad myself. Is there anything else i can do to help improve my situation?
