Clueless!

Hey guys

I'm new to this site. I'm not over weight fairly average but I need to get toned before I hit up a wedding in the Dominican in 6 months. I need help. I'm 5'6 130 pounds and mildly active, I do hot yoga a few times a week. Here's the kicker, I work shift work, 12 hour shifts, generally nights (7pm to 7am), and am always exhausted and never have time to work out. I also enjoy binge eating to deal with stress...... Anyone have some tips for me to lose my gut and get bikini ready? Thanks!! Oh, I love running but I have a mild tear in my knee so it starts to hurt after about 2km......
