Club *Step It Up*

Start Date: Monday - 2.2.09

~A Pedometer will be needed if at all possible~

Goals:

- Eat Healthy/Have Portion Control -

- First Week - Each Day *Walk 500 Steps

- 2nd Week - *ADD 500 more for each day and so on...

This can be a great support group.

Let's Change/Step It Up together!

The steps are 'exercise related.' Not steps you take around the house or anything like that.

That's what makes it a challenge..

- 627 Steps

All meals/snacks: healthy & on track

Extra-
1.5 ml on exercise bike (level 1)

- 1,043 Steps

All meals/snacks: healthy & on track

Great job hickgirl! I wish I could record in here but my pedometer is just wayyy too off for some reason. For every 5 steps I take, it will count it as 1 LOL
 
Hi Ya! :)

Have you set up your stride on it?

Mine is a Walking Advantage SportLine and hubby had to measure my stride and then compute it in the pedometer. (It was $19.99 at Academy Sports)

It's now time to increase to 1,000 Steps per day..
