Clearing stomach while bulking

If one was in a bulking phase for a while and producing good results in all the major muscle groups but wants to get rid of a little core fat, how would they do it? It is only a very small amount, does not really stick out that much but would like to get rid of it.

How much cardio to do then if still wanting to stay in the bulking phase for a while losing that amount. Also how much ab work per week would be required to help with that? How many times and sets.

Regards.

Abs won't show through if there is fat covering them. It is also not possible to spot reduce. You are going to have to lower your calorie intake to lose those last pounds or do HUGE amounts of cardio if you plan to remain on the bulking diet. Cardio burns up calories so you could just as easily lower the calories rather than burn off the excess ones.

For bulking you need a caloric surplus, and for cutting (getting rid of the body fat) you need a caloric deficiency. Both are tottaly different from one-another and it would be very hard (if not impossible) to do both.
Since you're currently bulking, along with the lean muscle that you will gain, you will also gain a little body fat as well. Since what you're doing is working for you stick with it. Don't worry about the fat, or losing the fat. When you're bulking, your body fat will increase, It's normal.
Eat a clean and controlled diet and the body fat that you will gain will be minimal. Just keep on bulking!
Once you decide to cut, you will get rid of the fat and you'll get the abs and the great body that you want.

vojdancov is correct. bulking and getting lean are polar opposites when it comes to your dietary needs to achieve those goals.

the ONLY way to pull it off is to bulk at a miserably slow pace, and lean out at a miserably slow pace. essentially walking the thick line that divides these two processes. you're better off just doing a normal cutting phase.
and if you're gaining too much fat on a bulk, you need to lower your caloric intake as you're eating more than you need to bulk up.
on can gain muscle mass, with only a little bit of fat as long as they watch their body's reaction to calories.

Hitt 3x a week, or steady state cardio.
