This is a new diary, because the other wasn't suitable anymore.
Now.
Name: Nasseny
Age: 16 years Old
Height: 5,2 1/2
Weight: 154 lbs => Kilograms: 70.575
BMI: 29.3255%
Measurement:
Thigh: 59 cm
calves: 42 cm
Those two for now, they're the body parts I look at most.
Weight Loss Goal:
First Goal: 145 lbs
Second Goal: 130 lbs

Final Goal: 110 lbs
The age, weight, and height chart says I should be about 115-119 lbs, well I am overweight to that by 45 lbs or so.
Ok so I am ready to lose weight.

not like before where I was depressed and waiting for a magic fish to come from my toilet to tell me, "you have one wish.."

HipHop Abs
(I tried it today it rocked!)

Healthy Food.
Calorie Intake: 1700 maybe...
