just seein what you all think about cleanse diets.
Last for about a week, pretty much only eating fruits and vegetables the whole day. thats it... get pretty high fiber... but mostly high gi carbs.
Supposedly its suppose to prime your body into better anabolic conditions, so you can absorb more protein and such. Havn't tried it myself. If you've heard of them or followed them before, say wat ya think
