Anyone know how many calories i would burn cleaning houses each hour? I'm a maid in my spare time and i scrub floors, tubs, etc for 4 hrs nonstop .. well sometimes 5 .. sometimes 6,etc .. any idea how many calories i could be burning per hour (so i can figure it out for each job) thanks!! Surely its more than 1hr of walking or elliptical ...
