I'm 16 and I'm fat, but not for long. I currently wear a 2x and size 40 pants but all that shall end.
My goal is to lose about 100 pounds and to fit into a size 34 pant and medium shirt.
I am eating 3 small meals and 2 snacks a day and aiming for around 1500 calories, and I'm jogging/Tae Bo-ing for an hour a day 5 days a week.
