I began my circuits today, and I never quite finished.
But keeping in my that I want fat loss, I realized that at least 50% of my exercise time my heart rate is not even, or just 50% of maximum.
Is it possible to achieve fatloss by working like this for 30 minutes, of do I really need to work the full 30 witha hrt rate of 85~90%?
