circuit training v bodyweight training

hello again I was just wondering if any one could give me some advice on which workout to follow
at the moment I don't which one to do either circuit training or body weight
my circuit workout is
push ups
jumping jacks
push ups
lunges all done to for 30 rep I finish with some crunches and twists
or my body weight workout is
push ups
pull ups
lunges
crunches and twist or done for 4 set to failure
any advice which one I should follow I am training for fitness thanks
 
Just a basic point. Your circuits are using bodyweight work.
This is in no way a criticism, in fact exactly the opposite. It is showing you don't need to choose between them, circuit training can be all bodyweight, some or none.
Knowing what's best for you depends what you want to achieve.
