Circuit Training AT home

Helloo.

Does anyone circuit train at home? Im thinking of having a little routine (circuit training at home). Im not sure what to do though.

Eg, 20 sit ups then straight into press ups.

Does anyone have a routine for circuit training which is good for home use. The only equipment I have is barbell/dumbells...

Barbell Complex - Back Squat -> Push Press -> Front Squat -> Push-up (Still holding onto the barbell) -> Row -> Hang Clean -> Repeat
 
I did this yesterday. You can change it up as you feel necessary. For example i used a jump rope (rope turns) but you could do jumping jacks or burpees if you want. Also i did it with little to no rest between rounds, but you could take a rest between if you want. :animal3:

Rope Turns
Squats
Push Ups
Rope Turns
Chins
Military Press
 
Another good one is this:

30 seconds of each with 30-90 seconds rest between rounds depending on your fitness level.

burpees
jumping jacks
split jumps
burpees
jumping jacks
mountain climbers

This one is straight condidtioning as opposed to my last post which is also a strength workout.
