Cinnamon Toast Crunch?

is the cereal cinnamon toast crunch really bad? i had it for breakfast this morning, but i dont know if i should feel guilty. i had it with 2%milk too, and i usually aim to drink skim milk... but there wasnt any in the house?

did i do much damage to my diet?
 
The above site rates it an A - it is high in sugar

my personal preference for breakfast is cereals higher in fiber than that - it jusut keeps me full longer.. but no you didn't hurt your diet...
 
For whatever it's worth, Kashi makes a cereal called Cinnamon Harvest that tastes nearly identical. For comparison, per 100 grams:

Cinnamon Toast Crunch:
calories: 433
calories from fat: 105
total fat: 12 grams, 18%
saturated fat: 2 grams, 8%
sodium: 700 mg, 29%
fiber: 3 grams
sugar: 33 grams
protein: 3 grams


Kashi Cinnamon Harvest:
calories: 375
calories from fat: 18
total fat: 2 grams, 3%
saturated fat: none
sodium: none
fiber: 10 grams
sugar: 17 grams
protein: 8 grams


Hopefully that makes it easy to see that Kashi is a much better choice, even though it tastes very similar. Cinnamon Toast Crunch has over 5 times the calories from fat, has 6 times the total fat, has sodium and saturated fat, less than 1/3 of fiber, twice the sugar, and nearly 1/3 of the protein. I'll take my Kashi.
 
Found another cereal

i just ate that this morning because there was NOTHING else in the house. i bought cheerios today. So i'll have that for breakfast from now on.
