What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? I do home daycare and even though i feed my children healthy foods, they aren't always as healthy as i should be having because i am home all day I have access to food all day long. I told my family that this weekend I will be buying lunch meat and we will pack a cooler with healthy foods and drinks when ever we leave the house on the weekends so we don't stop for fast food on the road. So i may be able to help myself get through that one.
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? I have had a weight problem all my life. I lost a bunch of weight right befor I got pregnant with my son (16 years ago) I didn't gain weight with him I was all baby and fluid.

Then i met my husband and my son wasn't into sports so we got lazy, and I got fat. I didn't see the weight piling on until recently I mean i knew i was gaining but i was in denial since they invented stretch material (I mean my clothes still fit I just have to cover the bulge with big shirts right?!
