I've had this workout DVD for quite a while. I contains a lot of strengthening exercises as opposed to cardio, though it does contain some. I think it lasts about an hour.
I've been searching for reviews of it talking of results but haven't found many helpful ones.
Has anyone stuck with this workout and seen results or weight loss from it?
