CICO - Why don't we have a separate forum for this?

Does anyone else follow a CICO (calories in, calories out) program? I can't find a thread or forum on here devoted to it. (If there is and I can't find it, I apologize.) I may branch into other programs, but I strongly believe in this one and until I master it I want to stick with it.

Also, I'm trying to find a GOOD calorie counting site. Can anyone recommend one? I've tried using the FitBit one, but it doesn't have foods separately and only seems to have items from fast food restaurants listed. If I wanted to find the calories in 1 slice of bread for example, it won't be listed, but a Turkey Baguette from Tim Horton's is.

Thanks! <3

hahaha. That's every diet. That's not actually a thing, is it??

If you want to properly count calories, you have to look at the packages from the food that you are eating. Using these sites are very rough guesses and take more time to look everything up then just looking at the packages when you are making the food.

I think it's a thing, lol? I don't seem many people focusing on the actual math... It's more of a log of what they are or suggestions about what they should eat... I don't seem to have anyone else on a strict calorie counting lifestyle. (By strict I mean I could a bite of a cookie...) The counting seems to be... casual.

It's quite difficult to do proper calorie counting unless the only time you eat / drink is 2-3 main meals. Always weighing everything is a pain in the butt, so most people just guess.
