Welcome! Sorry you are having trouble! It can be overwhelming at first. I am pretty new here as well, and I suggest going to the Weight Loss Diaries section and creating a Diary there, the same way you started a thread in this section! You can introduce yourself, tell a bit about your background, and use the diary to log your progress!

Then, I suggest visiting the diaries of some other members in the section and reading parts of their journeys so far. Posting in other people's diaries is a great way to meet new people and to get involved!

If you have more specific questions, don't be shy about asking them here or sending someone a private message on here. Most people are pretty happy to help!
