Maybe people have tried this on their own, but this is what I did this morning, and it was soooo good, so I wanted to share it.

1/2 cup oatmeal ( i use a 5 grain cereal though)
1 cup water
cook the oatmeal. I just do it in the microwave for a minute and 45 seconds. its so easy. Then add,
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon raw honey
mix it all together. I like milk on my oatmeal so I then added about a quarter cup of milk. It was so good. I meant to add raisins but I forgot them, and didn't really miss them.
 
Oh! My father does something like this, and he loves it sooo much. But he doesn't put honey in it, and instead of chocolate powder, he uses vanilla. The peanut butter he uses is that really healthy stuff ("real" peanut butter, he calls it). He also puts apple sauce in it to make it sweeter, and cuts up a fruit for it too (usually apples or pears or something like it).
