Hello!
I am missing my Friday night Chinese meals...does anyone have a low-fat Chinese recipe for me?
Thank you in advance!

this one is outstanding

but chinese food isn't unhealthy - as long as you stay away from the deep fried stuff and overly sauced stuff (usually l oaded with oil and sodium)

Make stir fries with ingredients you like and add a low sodium sauce to it..

Thanks so much guys!! Unfortunately for me everything I pick from a Chinese restaurant is smothered with sauces and deep fried. So these alternatives for a healthy meal are great!

If you're ordering ina restaurant, just avoid the fried stuff, or ask less oil to be used in stir fries, or even ask for the sauce on the side and just use less of it...
