yummy - another way to unboring up chicken salad - leave out the mustard and onion -and add in a tsp of curry powder and some chopped apple... totally refreshing and tons of flavor -and the apple gives it needed crunch...
 
Another way to save on some calories research your bread I found wonder lite wheat bread has 80 calories for 2 slices then I was at Meijers and saw a brand made by NICKLES whole wheat lite 35 calories per slice =70 cals for 2
