I came across this 2 reciepes on kraftfoods.com and thought I would pass it along. It does look good, but I have not tried it yet. I don't know how healthy it will be as it didn't list the calories, fat, protein numbers. Maybe it will be listed on the website.
Julie's Chicken and Rice Casserole
3 cups cut up cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup uncooked minute rice
Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix ingredients in the order given. Spray a 9x13 cake pan with Pam. Pour mixture in cake pan evenly.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Keep covered with foil while baking.
When it's done, stir in a little and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Serve.
Crock-Pot Italian Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Kraft Italian Bottled Dressing
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese
4 to 6 medimum potatos, peeled and cut into cubes
Place chicken in bottom of crock-pot. Sprinkle with half of the Italian Dressing, half the spices and half of the grated cheese.
Put the potatos on top of chicken. Sprinkle with the rest of dressing, spices, and cheese.
Cook on low for about 6-8 hours until the chicken is done and potatos are tender.
