Chicken on the George Foreman

Hey, just wondering long it takes for you to grill boneless skinless breasts on your Foreman. Using mine for the first time and it took 18 mins and the book said 9. Just curious.

10 minutes should be plenty. it might be helpful for you to invest in a meat thermometer, the instant reading kind that restaurants use. Should be under $10. properly cooked chicken breast should be 145 degrees, juices should run clear.

when i had the smaller one it took about 12 minutes and then the jumbo one took 8 minutes.

Wow 18 minutes sounds like overcooking! Was it fully thawed out before you cooked it?

I don't know what the deal was that time but now it only takes 9 - 10 mins...it was 3 huge pieces so maybe that was it. Plus like i said I thought chicken had to be 190 degrees. Its all good now.
