Two easy clean up recipes! I am not very good about directions. I will try though.
MEXICAN CHICKEN
Chicken - cut into strips
Medium potato - sliced not too thick, not too thin
1 oz low cal/fat cheddar cheese
salsa
taco seasoning
Spray a piece of aluminum foil with Pam
Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken
Layer potatoes, chicken, cheese, salsa
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Bake for 15-18 minutes in 450 degree oven.
Reynolds Kitchen has a more fattening recipe of this using beans and lots more cheese. You could add onion slices to this and a few black olive slices. Very yummy!
Montreal Seasoning
Same concept as above
Chicken cut into strips

Onion sliced

Wrap up Chicken, Potato, Onion in foil
Spray with no cal butter spray
Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning
Cook for about 15 minutes at 450
Remove from oven and add cheese and broccoli
