I asked this question before, but it was poorly threaded, so I'm going to try again,
I've been lifting for about 3 weeks now, full body and upper body mostly, doing squats, thrusts, benchpress, all that good stuff.
Heres my question: I have a concave chest. Not too bad, but definatly noticeable. What kind of results can I expect if I am planning on trying to build up my chest?
