chest workouts

hey well i was wondering i have been working out alot latly and my chest is getting good but still theres a part of my pecks that just wont seem to get toned



does anyone have any suggestions on how to isolate that little area on the peck because ive tried alot of things but just cant seem to get it..

and no that is not me..
 
Lower region of the pecs can be trained by doing parallel bar dips and decline presses. Basically you have to press more towards the toes than your head.
