Chest..triceps and biceps!

:confused:

I have been working all three... 3 times a week..Should I only be working 2 of these at the same time? I have heard alot of diff things about this..Thanks
 
You should look into a full-body 3x/wk or a push/pull split. Regardless, you should be working out your entire body, but just a few muscles.

Ok..should I break My chest..triceps and biceps up? As in as 1 of those 3 into my back and shoulders?

My goal is to get a bigger chest..(which I have) and to get bigger arms..(starting to) I`am at 145..and looking to hit 170 for my max..(depends on how my body is) When I started lifting I was 115!
 
If you have a big chest, why is it still your goal? Again, look into a full-body routine, so you don't have a disparity between the upper and lower body.
 
Well, I combine chest, tris and abs... but I notice that it gets harder to do tris when I work out well chest... I also combine shoulders,back, and bis which works well for me.

Like Cynic said, you should look into full body workouts 2 or 3 times a week, I think that it will be better for you.
 
Chest is not as big as I would like..But has gotten bigger! My arms is what I need to work on! They are getting bigger..But more time needed then my chest!
