chest size

Hi guys,
Hi guys i have a question if someone can comment on it. I have been weight training as well as doing cardio. I noticed that my chest is getting bigger. Is that normal? Does chest grow when weight training or its better to get it to turn small. If latter then what should i do? I have been using machines for chest press, row press, ab press, machine for the back.

What is your goal? Are you doing uppper body exercises? Are you male or female? Seriously, pick up a Muscel & Fitness magazine at the counter and read it. Of coure, if yuo are exercising yuor muscels will grow!
 
Your chest will grow when you weight train but only if your diet will alow it too. What are your fitness goals? It's hard to answer a question coming from you as to whether or not we think you should make your chest smaller or bigger.

This is your call.
 
hey guys, thanks a lot for the input. well my goals is to trim up. I am male. I am 5'3. I started out at 140 and now i am at the 120 mark. I dont want to bulk up and look like a hulk LOL. well my diet i think is pretty decent.

Breakfast: oatmeal or grape nuts ceral with fruits in it. milk. or shreaded wheat.

Snack: fruit

lunch: salad with olives n stuff in it topped by sunflower seeds and a piece of
fruit. or whole wheat pasta with a sauce which has 3g of fats with 0 sat
fats and 4g sugar and with cottage cheese. no added sugars.

snack: fruit again or a protein shake

dinner: same as lunch.

cheat meal on friday.



what do u guys think. I think its not perfect but this is the best i can do when in college and running on meal plan and all the bad temptations around. I dont wanna eat sandwitches because i m trying to avoid the bread. LOL. :)
