Chest/Pecks

Hello, I was trying to find some info online on good ways to work your chest/pecs without getting out of porportion.... I came across a good article that actually mentioned the problem i am having here....

"So it’s no surprise to me that another question I hear all the time is, “How much do you bench?” Everyone associates having a big, full chest with doing heavy barbell presses. But I try to explain that this isn’t really the case.

I think over the years my workouts have started to make my pecs a little out of proportion. Not too bad but thats why I am here... My question to whoever is what excersises can I add to my workout to maybe "flaten" out my chest a little . One of the reasons I have got to this point is because I only have a bench/barbell, curlbar, and dumbells... So try to limit the exercises to fit my equipment if you could... Thanks for the advice!
 
if ur happy with their size than just work them from as many angles as you can going feel not wt...probably give flat benches away unless u want to increase strength still...i've got some gymnastic rings which are awesome for the chest as you can do a push up as a multi joint type movement with added wt and bring them together like a crossover so it's 2 in 1...get some of them if you can at ringtraining.com...great but...they've added shape i didn't have before then without any size so maybe that's an option for u...u probably just makse some with chain just as easily
