Chest Muscle

was wondering if there is a certain way to build up the lower part of your pecks...my chest is nowheres big or anything but ive noticed that the upper part of my chest is bigger and more defined than the lower part of my chest...so is there certain routines i need to do opposed to the basic bench press or fly?
 
Try decline bench press and weighted dips (with body leaning forward to place more of the load onto the chest as opposed to body being vertical which works the triceps more).
