chest fat

well just as you would any other fat. Lotsa cardio and a strict diet. Like I have told many others, spot reduction of fat areas just doesnt happen. There was some research done and they found that the chest and lower abdomen (belly) were the LAST places on MALES to see changes after going on a weight loss plan. So what im saying is that if youve got fat anywhere else, most likely, if you were to begin an exercise and eating routine, your chest and belly would be the last places youd see change. hope that helps and good luck.

you mean il never lose the fat on my belly or chest?im scared....
Definatly don't be scared!! Be determined!! I'm pretty sure that waz wasn't saying that you'll never lose it, it just might be difficult. But by eating right(most important), and exercising accordingly you can do anything you want to your body. Search the forums and look for good daily food log examples, and even workout routines. If you still have questions or need motivation start another thread! Everyone here is very helpful :)

ya i never ment to say to say ull never lose it. What i meant to say is that its very hard BUT not IMPOSSIBLE to lose fat in those areas. It just takes a lot of hard work and time.

I never had a lot of trouble to lose weight so i don't call it hard. What's hard is staying on the path that got your there.

Less calories to lose weight. Smaller meals, no soda, chips, fast food etc and eat fruit for snacks or a couple eggs. I try to keep it simple and it works for me.
