Chest burns for a solid week after workouts

So yeah, like the title says, my chest usually burns for a solid week after every workout. This never happens for any other muscle group that I work out so I'm kinda worried about whats going on. I'm not sure if I'm actually doing damage to my chest.

I'm a 5'7" guy and if i remember correctly, I can put up around 230-240(i think) so its not like im just getting into working out. Whenever i do work my chest, i do around 10-12 sets. 6 sets of bench press (10 rep, 10 rep, 10, 8, 8, 6), 3 sets of sitting pec fly (10 reps each set), 2-3 sets of chest press (10 reps/set).

Am I doing too much per workout? or is that a normal amount and its just bad posture?

yeah this happens when i work out my biceps... its sore for like 4-7 days. i asked about this but noone answered me :( lol but yea just lettin you no that i get it too

Do you go light enough that you can do that many reps and sets? I bench kinda heavy otherwise I don't feel the pump in my chest. But I can't never do 8 reps
