Chest, Abs and Arms

Hey guys, i'm trying to get in shape by working on my abs, chest and lately i've been trying to work out my arms so i can pull of tank tops

I've been watching some video's but i don't know how to balance the workouts out for each thing i'm working on

Do i do them all in one day or what? I really need help thanks! Also, i need a workout plan for my arms


I'm 16 years old, 5'9 always been pretty skinny all my life. My abs are visible when i tense so losing significant fat isn't a big deal i just want them to be really visible.

You need to train your entire body not just the mirror muscles in an attempt to get laid. You need an integrated program or you will created muscular imbalance leading to a lifetime of dysfunction.
