This recipe came on a Campbell's Soup label. It's excellent!
Cubed chicken breasts
1 1/3 cup of water
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken
3/4 uncooked rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups frozen broccoli florets (we use fresh broccoli sometimes, both are great)
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Mix water & soup . .add pepper & onion powder (I add 1/4 tsp paprika and a sprinkle of garlic powder).
Mix in rice, broccoli, and chicken.
Pour mixture into baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Add cheese after you remove from the oven.
This recipe is great because you can really play around with the ingredients.
