So I have been dieting for 4 1/2 weeks now and I have lost 21 pounds, my clothing is fitting better and all is great. I am starting to have motivation issues and the cravings are starting to get unbearable. Today I ate about 5 corn tortilla chips and they were so good. The salty crunchiness was fantastic. So I found this forum to help me stay focused. I really want to quit because my weight-loss has slowed down considerably the first couple of weeks I did great but this week I only lost about a pound. I will take the pound but that is not enough to meet my goal for graduation and a celebratory cruise I have planned. I am going to try and start exercising. I have been going on some walks and bike rides but not enough and so little that really I can't say I have been exercising. Hello to all and I hope your journey is going better than mine right now.
