Hi Im new to the forums. thought I would just share this site with you (which is mine). I am hopefully going to be adding more workouts soon and doing a really great newsletter if you wish to sign up. Its only been up a short while so I would love some feedback on what you think. you can even post you advice in the motivate section if you feel brave :) I would love to hear from you, this forum seems like it has a lot to offer

No offence mate, but if youre trying to attract clients I would lose the topless picture. It will intimidate certain people and put others off. Nothing wrong with a smiling picture its just that most people who want a PT arent gonna be well toned or healthy looking.

Other than that- good site!

I don't understand the reason why he shouldn't have his picture there. Perhaps crazylegs can provide some insight, the dude is also a PT and he uses his body as a card. People want their PT's to look good. If you are out of shape and want to get fit, you're going to look for someone that looks like something you want to look like, right?
