Hey all. Just want to get your opinion on my new work out plan.
mon-kickboxing
tues-total body workout
wed-kickboxing
thurs-total body
fri-kickboxing
sat-total body
sun-break
Weight 170 pounds, 5 10. 19 years old. Serious kickboxing class, not one like at 24 hour. any thoughts?
 
There's no way to gauge since you didn't provide the following information:age, years training, exercise choices, reps, sets, etc
