cheating scale???

can anyone tell me why,when you weight yourself in the morning your always 2-3 lbs lighter and then i way myself 4 hrs later, i am heavier! very frustrating!!
 
well you eat food and drink theres partly but then at night you get up go to the bath room pee and take a morning pee and then theres the part of sweating and stuff of that nature
 
To be frank "who cares?"! As long as over time the number on the scale in the morning goes down, does it really matter what it says throughout the day? Obviously the weight during the day includes food, digested food that hasn't been..um..deleted yet, water or who knows and who cares what. As long as generally you're weight goes down, you should not worry about it. In fact, most people's weight fluctuates on a daily basis by 1 to 3 pounds and that's natural too.
 
i fluctuate as much as 5 pounds but the next day im back to normal. Listen to these people here, as long as the numbers in the morning gradually go down then thats the time you know you lost weight. After weighing your self in the morning, that is it.
 
I always weigh myself in the mornings when I'm tracking my weight. Like everyone else said, as long as you weigh yourself at the same time (in the mornings, afternoons, before bed) everyday and the weight is going down that's the important thing.
