Cheat Meal?

I'm 16, 5 ft 9, I've been dieting/exercising regularly, and i've lost 3kg/6.6 pounds in 3 weeks. My diet is clean, small, regular homemade food, cooked in as minimal fat as possible. I do cardio 2 times a week and weight training 3 times a week. I'm not going to post diet/workout, as I want to know whether a cheat meal is good to have once a week to keep the body guessing.

I have had no cheat meals so far, would I benefit from having one aslong as it fits into my daily caloric allowance?

hmm losing 1kg a week doesn't sound too healthly..
its best not to lose weight too fast. If you're losing more than a kilogram per week, you may be losing muscle tissue rather than fat.
It is best to lose an average of half a kilo per week (about 1-2 lb per week). though it is hard to help without knowing your diet at the moment.

It's 2lb a week, I'm getting 1g/lb of body fat, and only eating in a deficit of 500 calories, I currently weight 202lb, from 208lb 3 weeks ago, so I'm losing weight quite fast.

I do like 3 hours of cardio weekly.

I don't think that there is anything wrong with the occasional cheat meal. But instead of a "cheat" meal, why not have a "reward" meal. Basically once a week, or once every other week, provided you have met all of your goals for that week (stuck to your diet, worked out every scheduled time, etc.), you giver yourself that cheat meal.
