Changing my lifestyle, losing fat and gaining weight? Please help me out :)

As I’m new here, hey to all of you :)
Hope I'm posting this in the right thread...

So, I’m a 21 yr old girl, who has a tiny (more or less) problem. I was extremely sick for many years, which prevented me from exercising or having a normal, constant diet. Now that I’m feeling better, I decided to change my whole lifestyle.
Last year I tried gaining some weight, which I did. I gained around 15 lbs. I’m 5’1 feet, so even 6 lbs (in plus or minus) are noticeable on my body. At first everything was fine, I got used eating more meals per day, but I ended up in a point where I couldn’t stop eating. A belly started to develop – and because I never had one, I got scared and I slowly started to reduce the amount of food I was eating. I lost some weight (though, a part of my belly is still there), but now I’m in the point where I’m desperately trying to eat something, and I feel that I can’t. Each time I’m trying to eat, I feel as if I’m going to vomit.
Now, at 21 yr and 5’1 feet, my weight is 105 lbs. My legs look extremely skinny, and this is disproportionate comparing to how my waist and tummy area look like. I’d like to gain some weight again (around 6 lbs) and do something about the areas I mentioned above – my legs, and tummy + waist.
I should mention that I’m not a big fan of sweets or junk food. I eat some chocolate, or cookies, once in a blue moon… and the same happens with “junk food”; I eat this type of food once (rarely twice) per month, and only stuff consisting in chicken meat.
I’m trying to eat fruits and vegetables daily. I drink water…I also drink soda, but rarely and in small amounts.
I’d like to ask you for some advice – like, what could I do to tone my legs, gain some weight but lose the fat… basically, what could I do to look a bit better and have a healthier lifestyle?
Oh, and I’m aware that this requires discipline, and time – but do you think I can see some results after 3 months?

Thanks!
