Well guys, I'm back. After falling into a rather deep self-pity fest and depression over loosing my job, I am back and unfortunatly 7 lbs heavier than I started. =(

This is the heaviest I've ever been in my life. 226.2


Last night I had a revalation...


I must change my life right now or die young, and I don't want to die young.

I MUST loose weight. I MUST get in shape. I MUST be better to myself.

So starting today, I'm back on drinking my water, and back on 1800 calories a day and this time I'm going to eat only natural foods. (Well sorta. =)

To all my friends that were here before, I hope you guys can forgive me for leaving last time without saying a word. I look forward to getting to know you guys again and having you guys get to know and share with me.

Just got back from my morning walk. It was very refreshing but dang do I ever have that muscle burn/itchy feeling. =/ Gurrr went to long without walking. Drinking water now and I will have a bowl of cereal in a few.
 
Ok ;) Back from town, I had a small bowl of Pho soup and only ate half.

Now I'm trying to "hydrate" lol Drinking my first QT of "Smart Water" for the day.

In a few tho I think I am going to partake of some spinnach dip with some baby carrots. =) Yum

Well yesterday I did good I think. 4 oz of steak and some brocolli for dinner. Then I had a small bowl of special K for snack. I need to stop with the after dinner snacks tho.


Today will be DDR! and a walk. Not awake yet will post more later.
 
ugh...I wish I could do DDR but I'm so uncoordinated. it's like going to an aerobics class and stumbling over my big feet lol:p

Aye Binker, it sure is awkward but after 2 days of it its really kicking my butt. I am sore in places that I forgot that I had. So that means it must be doing some good right? lol

Anyways, got up today did 30mins of DDR and then went outside and wrote in my journel. Came back inside and had myself a bowl of cereal.

Here we go with day 3 of my diet...well Today is the day I'm really cracking down so day 1 =P

Well =) Today is another day.

For some reason my foot is really sore today, I'm guessing I did something to it yesterday on the good ol'DDR pad so I'm waiting till later to DDR.

So far on track, I had a bagel for breakfast and a cup of orange juice.

Not sure what I want to do for lunch yet, still full from the bagel.


Spent a good hour outside today writting in my journel and working on my book.
Speaking of...

Anyone else a writter? I"m really trying to commit myself to writting a little bit each day. Everyone I know says that I should write, its just that not only do I lack diet dicipline but I also lack writting dicipline. Sigh.

Any tips?
