Chad Waterbury - 10x3 Fat loss vs 10-10 Transformation

Hi There Im looking for a program for fat loss I want to do either the 10x3 for fat loss or else the 10-10 transformations. Im wondering which would be the best.
I have the ability to make then gym 5 days a week, Also does anyone have any experience of using either programs? thanks

How old are you? Are you male or female? How much do you weigh now? Have you ever done weights before? Are you doing any other activities? Do you have any pre-existing injuries? What is your diet like?
