My Question is Sometimes Instead Of egg whites, special k cereal, and oatmeal can i have some 1/2 the sugar reduced fat fruity pebbles it has 2g of sugar 110 calories and 1.5g of fat i miss that kind of good cereal and like i said im still just a kid lol. Also is those "Healthy Choice" dinners good for you to get and eat for dinner? And 1 more thing How many total fat grams or calories is a limit in a meal like i heard for calories if a ceretain thing is over 240 dont get it and eat it but if the total meal is something like that its okay? I worry alot about everything i eat even though its mostly good for me and healthy i worry like all the time if i eat 1 thing as my reward i even worry about that!!! I SWEAR i hate this
