Cereals/Dinners

My Question is Sometimes Instead Of egg whites, special k cereal, and oatmeal can i have some 1/2 the sugar reduced fat fruity pebbles it has 2g of sugar 110 calories and 1.5g of fat i miss that kind of good cereal and like i said im still just a kid lol. Also is those "Healthy Choice" dinners good for you to get and eat for dinner? And 1 more thing How many total fat grams or calories is a limit in a meal like i heard for calories if a ceretain thing is over 240 dont get it and eat it but if the total meal is something like that its okay? I worry alot about everything i eat even though its mostly good for me and healthy i worry like all the time if i eat 1 thing as my reward i even worry about that!!! I SWEAR i hate this
 
well...to be perfectly honest, now that I'm pretty much "maintaining" rather than "losing" weight; i DO eat cereal with my diet yogurt for breakfasts most days, and I don't think it's anything so bad.

it's better than a muffin...or fried pancake...or bagel without any food value. cereal DOES have vitamins in there!

i guess you have to look at whatever other sweets or carbs you are having during the day. and decide if you can "afford" this indulgence...
 
So tomorrow im gonna be eating dinner at pizza hut as a "reward" meal so are you saying i shouldnt really eat the fruity pebbles tomorrow since im gonna be eating at pizza hut that night. For lunch i'll have a salad :( even though my school is having my most favorite meal *tacos* but i cant have 3 bad meals tomorrow even though im gonna be running almost 2 miles tomorrow it would still be very bad. :( BIG FROWN
 
what does "that a stab at me....??? mean?
so ur saying if i eat pizza hut tonight like i am its not gonna hurt me even though its my reward meal and then clear up to next sat. is my other reward meal
