Cereal Question

Hi im 17 years old 167 pounds 5'' 11
I started working out like about two months ago. I run 1 1/2 every day plus I do 50 push-ups , 75 curl-ups and 25 pull ups

I have not seen any big changes I was wondering if is because I eat to much cereal ? Is drinking alot of milk bad in a diet the milk has 70 fat cal. for every serving (1 cup) Im calculating that I drink about 4 1/2 cups of milk everyday. Should I stop drinking milk ?

well what kind of cereal is it, cause i have a feeling if it is anything do with your breakfast, which i doubt, its not the milk its probally the cereal, but if you feel like its the milk get skim milk.

also make sure you cut out all the other junk foods from your diet, especially pop. pop is a killer when it comes to trying to lose weight.

and you should try to put some weight training in there instead of just using body mass work outs, evolution will probally post after me with some great advice.

I agree. Most cereals are full of sugar - not something to be eaten when you want to see results. And a clean diet overall is very important. Milk is okay, but 4 1/2 cups seems like a lot - you should replace most of it w/ water.
