So the journey begins again. I am well onto my way of becoming that super goddess that I have always imagined. The day started out fantastic! Mothers day here so the kids all gathered around and surprised me with my all time fav perfume. I will stink pretty now!!:hurray:

I have been browsing through some of the other posts here and the motivation is amazing! I am sure I cannot go wrong.

The day started off well. I am doing the calorie intake thing. Watching and counting calories. I have always been known to shove anything and everything into my mouth, so recording and calculation is now in order.

My Food Intake For The Day
A scrambled egg and a peice of toast with a banana and coffee
2 Salada crackers with low fat ham and lettuce, another banana (out of fruit)
Roasted chicken and salad and another coffee.
2 Diet sodas

Exercise For The Day
A 5k walk, took me 50 mins, need to get that down to 40 mins.
A game of Netball, 40 minute game, did not play a hard game.

Overall
I worked out well and gave it a good shot today. I am pretty happy with my calorie intake, I need to get more water into me! I want to start hitting the gym and adding a few more cardio routines.

You're right about the motivation here, it's incredible. The support is amazing, and you're right about being well upon your way!

I agree with you about getting in more water. I'd also consider slowly dropping the diet coke out of your diet all together. lol. Don't hit me for saying that! It's just that a nutritionist had told me that drinking anything with carbonation expands the stomach (due to the gasses in the soda), so naturally when your stomach expands, you dont feel full and can eat more or will feel like you want to eat more. I hope that I don't sound too preachy, just thought if I could share something I learned, you could take it or tell me to buzz off. lol
