Cardo and Weight Training?

At the moment I would like to flatten out my chest. I have been doing 30 minutes of Cardo consisting of Jumping Jacks, Push ups with my legs extended on a chair, Sit ups with my legs also extended on the chair and also Knee raises. I do this for 15 minutes and take a break and have a drink of water. Maybe a couple hours go by and then I start lifting weights. I bench press 20 reps then I do 50 reps of butterflies. Then I finish up with 15 minutes of another Cardo workout equally up to 30 minutes. I do this everyday and watch what I eat. Is this a good workout to flatten out my chest or am I doing something wrong?
