Hi,
I am wondering why a "fat-burning" workout is 65% of your Maximum heart rate, while a cardio workout is at 80% of your maximum heartrate. WHen i exercise at 65%, it feels likei'm not even working out or breaking a sweat. Even at 80% it's still not THAT intense. Shoudln't the higher your heart rate be, the more energy you are expending, and thus more fat you will burn?
Thanks
