Cardio...

I have a problem, i want to bulk up as much as possible. Unfortunately, i have to do cardio. I am shipping out to the Air Force Academy soon and i need to keep running good, especially going from alabama elevation to colorado springs. my question is should i eat a lot more. I have a very fast metabolism because i run so much. I am trying to keep from cutting running out. I dont really need some professional answer that requires body fat percentage and weight. Just more of a judgment. Thanks.

well, you have a fast metabolism, you're lifting weights and you're doing cardio: yes you will have to keep your calories up.

You can do as much activity as you like as long as you take in enough calories to compensate for the calories you burned while being active. I'm guessing for you this will have to be quite a bit more since you have a smoking metabolism. I also have a very quick metabolism, and I played basketball. I was taking in around 5500 calories a day during my first bulking session a few years back. I successfuly gained 20 pounds, so it can be done.
