Whats the best thing to do in the cardio area to lose the most weight or target most if not all areas of your body.

at the moment i do 20min every second day of cardio (every other day is weights) but its on the stationary bike. I love it and I feel great after and feel the burn while doing it. Is this really targeting the fat in my body? or just targeting my legs?

You need context when asking questions like this. There are no best workouts or diets that apply to everyone. Supply context and you'll be given answers.

If others answer you when you don't provide context, they're simply giving you subjective advice.

The one that expends the most calories. Which isn't to say that's what everyone should be doing.

or target most if not all areas of your body.

By target, what do you mean?

If by work the most muscles, something like swimming or working on the versa climber would be best.

If by burn fat all over, you don't have control over that. Our bodies lose fat in a genetically predetermined pattern.

Also, you only lose fat if you're in a calorie deficit. If your cardio helps you establish a deficit, it'll be helping you lose weight.
