Im 17 stone and lift heavy while I am at the gym. I have quite a bit of fat I want to loose some of it before I carry on gaining muscle. I go to the gym 4x a week and I am thinking off doing 3000 meters on the rowing machine each time I go and cut out so much weight lifting but every time I go just do a few sets to maintain the muscle I have now.
Would you say 3000 meters 4x a week would help loose weight? I will be having 3 propper meals a day aswell which helps me not snack
