Cardio workout need advice

If I do cardio workout for 40 minutes and change every 10 minutes the machine. Like 10min treadmill,10min.crosstrainer,10min.stepper,10min bike is this still effective?
I cant go for long on a single machine get to bored very fast.
I am loosing weight with diet change/lost already 25pounds, and want to loose more and shape my body.
I also do light weightlifting with less weight but more reps.
 
Its actually better IMO to mix it up like that, you should always be changing your workout. For one your body is obviously changing too....it will get adjusted to a run of the mill workout thus will not be as effective physical or mentally. When ever you feel like you do listen to your body and change....always keep it fun and always be on the look out for something new and creative in your workouts :) Good Luck, sounds to me like your body is talking to you and you appear to be responding quite well.
