Cardio Tips For Belly Fat

Can someone on here give me some advice about how to best exercise to lose bellyfat. I'm about 6 foot 3 tall and actually thin bone but at 38 inches of fat on my waist as i should be about 28/29 inches and what i've researched that's insulin resistance correct?? I have my own exercise bike so how should i do this. On an empty stomach in ther morning or anytime of the day/evening? For how long 20 min? 30min? 45 min? etc??? 3 days a week? 5 days? etc??

Amyway i really would appreciate any advice here.

You can start by checking out the stickies in this forum. Lots of info about fat loss via exercise. Body fat is body fat though and while exercise will help lower bf% diet will do so even more. You can ride that bike all you want but if your diet aint right its gonna be a slow go.
 
Get rid of belly fat by doing these exercises

- belly dancing and hour a day
- hula hopping 1.5 hours a day
- variety of tummy crunches every day

You will have a fantastic stomach if you do these things.

Of course it helps if you are eating well. If you are not, then it doesnt work at all.
 
Also remember that target-reducing areas is a myth... you need to lose fat all over... it will go at the rate (and from the places) that it goes!
